My local CBS/ABC affiliate's Facebook poll, in a thoroughly conservative district of a deep red state, shows a surprising result: a solid majority of folks, even here in East Tennessee, aren't buying this shit. My morbid curiosity had me wincing as I hit "show results," but this moderately restored my faith in a good portion of my community.

The problem is still the same lowest common denominator of scared, ignorant, stubborn asshats. And they're shrinking rapidly. They're on the run. Hope they find asylum from their ills soon, but if they run into a wall of teargas and imprisonment, that works too.
