I absolutely love Polish sausage or kielbasa on an outdoor roll with sauteed onions and sauerkraut my condiment of choice is mayonnaise mustard and barbecue sauce all mixed together into what I call my super sauce I recently found some sausage that stuffed with cheese o my goodness it's wonderful

Me too, but I try not to eat it too much, fully of fat and rubbish but oh so delicious.
Sounds very UK but it looks delicious I think that equals mashed potatoes and sausage here in the US
