nope...it takes a bit more effort since your "picture" is like so many others and people are visual, but hey, in the scheme of things...don't sweat the small stuff....

If people don't want to post a face pic, anything to distinguish themselves would also be fine with me...

You do not have to be a person. You could be anything. (Just don't be a stolen person). That's frowned on. lol

But if you want to be what you are now? That's cool too.

If we were all silhouettes it would be confusing - but as there aren't a ton of "you" we're good!

I’m pretty sure it’s been said before. Pictures are a personal preference thing, especially if you’re only here for community. If you would like to meet someone, it might make a difference.

Not at all, and being I'm only here for community I don't post any photos of myself either.

Does it bother you? If not don't worry about it? If you want to add one:

On your phone?
-Tap the menu icon (three lines in the upper left corner).
-Choose the "my profile" option
-Tap the "photos" button
-Tap upload photo
-choose the photo you want.

I do not post my picture because there is no real need for a picture of just another grinning old man. I mean, what is the point? It is not like I am here to pick up chicks or anything.

I didn't have a picture of myself here and people pointed it out to me, neither did I know how to post one but I asked and did it. A fair few people really appreciated that I did. I love to see how you look it gives a different perspective in communicating with a person.

I didn't know I was upset about this until you told me.. now I'm furious.

The lack of a picture does not mean I cannot appreciate what has been written. Many of the pictures are rather indifferent anyway.
