The Women's March was uplifting, fun and glorious today in Wenatchee, WA.

Washington State Attorney General Bob Ferguson said the steps of a courthouse may have been the perfect place to deliver a speech about his office's ongoing legal action against President Donald Trump’s administration.

Ferguson has sued the Trump Administration 36 times. The majority of the cases are about protecting the environment. So far, out of 18 court rulings:

Washington State: 18 wins.

Trump: 0.

"You are a rock star," I told Bob Ferguson. "I love and support you." Gave him a hug.

We don't have a final count of the marchers yet. Looked like 1,000 people. Will update.

There were 12 women-hating, anti-choice counter-protesters. We ignored them.

Nick, the man I'm dating, carried my Earth Day "Choose" sign. My ex-husband Terry, an artist, created the sign with oil pastels, watercolors and felt pens.

I made the other signs. Hand-lettering went faster as I improved with practice. It was a riff on Georgia font.

I feel high on endorphins and the joy of being surrounded by like-minded people.

I still do not believe for a second your claimed age. You look great.

@GuyKeith

Thank you, Keith.

At age 22, my little sister got skin cancer. I was 27. That was the last year I had a tan. Since then, I have worn sunscreen daily, year-round on my face and neck. Never smoked and don't like alcohol. Never touch soda pop.

Instead I drink lots of water. I have a healthy, whole food diet. Exercise daily. For 35 years, I have worn a Solumbra, wide-brimmed hat, especially when hiking and gardening.

A healthy diet and lifestyle get results. Here are my beloved Solumbra hats that I have worn over the years.

  1. Age 60, 2013

  2. Lake Colchuck, 2010

  3. Hiking to Ingalls Lake, 2013.

  4. At Ingalls Lake with Terry before we were married. Age 28, 1982.

I rarely wear sunscreen, even though I know I need to. I've been doing better lately, putting it on my forehead and nose.

I drink lots of water, too, but I love beer. It is my Kryptonite and routinely undermines my philosophy of low-carbs. What is a man to do? I mean, Ft. Collins and craft beer, baby.

I eat pretty good, keto with lots of fat, moderate protein. I do not like fruits and veggies, but I do eat about two tubs of baby spinach a week. I love to BBQ. What can I say? I view veganism as a mental illness ? I have routinely been attacked for eating meat. It is how we evolved, and thrived. Another story.

Last medical check-up? This week. Blood pressure 122/77. Blood sugar 95. Total cholesterol 160. Coronary Risk Ratio 2.26 (excellent) Weight? OK, I'm a full-figured guy. Each of my legs weighs as much as a small truck. I'm about 225, but don't look it. I walk/hike 3 miles a day, 5 days a week. Colorado slim in spandex I am not. All other blood work was excellent.

Genetics? My father lived to be 98 and was on no medication and not sick a day in his life. My mother made it to 94. Here is a recent picture. Make your own determination on how fat I am. I have my hair, my teeth and can see my feet. As a Senior Citizen, I am a Rock Star. What can I say? ?

More details on request.

Good on you!

I fully support the marchers and the messages but I’m concerned about the evident anti-semitism among the leadership. I suspect it’s being used as a wedge to dilute the impact? Am off-base here?

The pre-march rally concluded with three inspirational speakers:

Amanda Taub, President, Greater Wenatchee Jewish Community

Genjo Marinello, Zen Roshi at Seattle’s Rinzai-style Zen temple

Laura Shennum, Pastor, Cascade Unitarian Universalist Fellowship.

I believe the claims of anti-semitism by National Women's March leaders are untrue. Likely pushed by Republicans trying to discredit the Women's March.

Thanks.
