Well since seeing his face and hearing his voice is almost inescapable it would seem that you will need to gain control of your self. Do not let others control your feelings. It can be difficult but you are doing something about it by posting here and getting support from like minded people. You can also join local groups that think like you, (there are like minded people in most communities), where you can express your opinions about what is happening around us and be supported. And remember like all things - this to shall pass.

When it comes to Trump, my reaction is a mix of disdain and pity. Disdain for the people who actually put him in the Oval Office and a mix of disdain and pity for Trump himself.

You may ask why I feel any kind of pity at all for Trump, but think about it. Trump is like the "king for a day" where the charade is allowed to go on for four years instead of just one day. If you ask me, that's kind of sad.

Actually, with Trump the charade has been going on his whole life. The guy has never had an opportunity to locate where his center is so he could find his place in the world. That place where he can productively contribute to society. And at 76 years of age, the likelihood that he ever will find that place is virtually non-existent.

Donate to the ACLU and/or Southern Poverty Law.....they are the ones bringing the court cases holding back Cheeto & his ugly agenda.
