First things first. I'm single, happy and not looking. That being said, is there anybody else who is constantly being harassed to date or meet, "friends" of friends by their friends? I"m quite sick of hearing about it. Is it really that strange to be in your mid 30s and single? I'm divorced with a child and really don't want to go through all the...ermmm..bullshit again.

People are just trying to get you to conform. Don't pay them any heed. You do you.

I envy you. In my mid 30s I was divorced with TWO children and still hadn't figured out how to keep my life simple!

I have the opposite problem, people are asking me to set them up. Especially my lady friends asking me if I can introduce them to some guys. I only have a limited pool of single male friends. Then when the date goes badly, they ask they you set them up. My answer because you pushed me into it!

Great too see you so happy. You just stick to your guns. I too am single and happy. I guess that you are constantly being "harassed" because you are just in your mid 30s and everybody thinks that one should be in pairs to be happy. You enjoy the harassment now because when you get to my age, mid 60sI it will stop all together and you will wonder if anybody every loved you.

Most Women hate to see a happy, single man,and start comparing notes who's be "Just great for him",co-workers,relatives,friends,sometimes complete strangers(?).

oh, most women hate that, do we? do you think we have nothing better to do? yeah there are such women. MOST women? geez.
