Aside from the fact that the government shutdown happened while Republicans controlled the House, Senate and the White House and we are all in this situation because Ann Coulter was mad at Donald Trump and now he refuses to reopen the government unless Democrats build a wall that is a) ineffectual b) illegal and c) a ridiculous waste of money.

So, here we are and Ted Cruz and his weird beard are lecturing Democrats about shutting down the government and the harm it is causing. That prompted normally mild-mannered Sen. Michael Bennet (D-CO) to rise in response and hooooooooooo boy did he let Ted Cruz have it."
