Thanks. All I have is a little Unni wood pellet oven but I enjoy playing with it. And I like seeing video of someone much more serious. Wood fired pizza is excellent.
BTW.. I haven't tried bread that way yet. So far I've only done it a loaf at a time in a bread maker. Ha, ha.?
