It’s a lazy Sunday and I’ve just started some laundry. I’m also watching CNN and getting depressed about our neighbour to the south. They’re in the midst of some societal breast beating and I hope humanity reigns supreme when this is all over. The USA seems to have lost their way. They are slipping further behind in world rankings etc. They’re 26th in education yet they can’t pay their teachers a living wage. Their health care system is failing! They pay way more than other countries yet receive so much less, while having first class facilities. I saw some pictures of a line up of cars leaving the States for medical treatment in Mexico. Amazing! I get the impression that America is falling quickly into irrelevance much like the Roman Empire did eons ago. The USA is number 1 with the most people who believe pro wrestling is real and they also lead the world with the largest group of people who believe in angels! Perhaps an emphasis on education is in order?
