I believe what you just posted is what the bible writers, who were influenced by Hellenistic ideas, were describing when they talked about the mind or spirit that was in Jesus. This level of thought, which surpassed the level of instinct or strict religious dogma, was believed to have a divine source. "New Thought" religions which traditionally were called Mystic still maintain this belief. Proper development of these "Divine Abilities" do not require a belief in a god but do require faith or at least confidence in the righteousness of objectivity.
