Yeah sadly that’s nothing new either but thankfully it’s only been Asians doing it in their countries.
I’ve seen some wolf brigade cosplays a couple of years ago that looked like Nazi uniforms but they didn’t have any of the symbolism thankfully.
I saw that was happening elsewhere in Asia as well. Saddened me to see folks in Thailand doing it, as I like that place.

It’s the one American arrogance that we don’t understand that we’re guilty of and that’s expecting people from other countries to be aware of or knowledgeable of our history or things that we think is great about us.
While not having a clue about theirs and I don’t think that most people choose not to know but when we’re raised to believe that every event in our own countries are historic or monumental we naturally expect other’s to have some knowledge of it.
