Brexit horrors
Is anyone in UK considering stocking up on food supplies? My youngest boy has type 1 diabetes and I worry about him having access to adequate insulin. I have hashimotos and arthritis (although I try to avoid pain relief). I am already planting veg and we have cherries and apples...oh and soft fruit. There just isn't enough farmland available to produce food for 62 million people, EU NHS staff are leaving in droves. I was even thinking about moving back to AZ with my sons. I could teach high school, I suppose. Its just such a worry. Sometimes humans are so stupid
When stockpiling don't forget, your bottles, rags and cans of petrol.
Oh geeze. I have started to hear more and more about the stockpiling of food there. I had no idea it is that dire. So stressful.
Sometimes?
Sometimes things don't go, after all,
from bad to worse. Some years, muscadel
faces down frost; green thrives; the crops don't fail,
sometimes a man aims high, and all goes well.
A people sometimes will step back from war;
elect an honest man, decide they care
enough, that they can't leave some stranger poor.
Some men become what they were born for.
Sometimes our best efforts do not go
amiss, sometimes we do as we meant to.
The sun will sometimes melt a field of sorrow
that seemed hard frozen: may it happen for you.
My fav ever poem xx

As soon as Tesco runs out of food, I'm going to London with a spear to hunt and eat Jacob Rees-Mogg.
He's so skinny though. Boris Johnson has more meat to him
