One day the zoo-keeper noticed that the orangutan was reading two books - the Bible and Darwin's Origin of Species. Surprised, he asked, “Why are you reading both those books?” “Well,” said the orangutan, “I just wanted to know if I was my brother's keeper or my keeper's brother.”

Ha, ha. A little of both?

Probably both. They are definitely smarter than 45, the stupid sub human.

I lived in Salem, VA and worked at GE on Electric Road. Smith Mountain Lake and whole area beautiful country!

Some times I also wonder who is the smarter creature. One does not see them messing up their world past the point of reccovery.

No we steal their habitats and they become endangered species. Then we put them in nature preserves and try to save them until high kill trophy game hunters pay a fortune to the locals to hunt them down in this controlled environment and call it sport.

Nice indeed ??????

I just love the Orangutans. Right turn Clyde!

@AntaresRose Clyde made me want an orangutan.

@48thRonin Me too! I just love those movies. I wish they would put them on again! I laughed so much. The motorcycle gang was funny, the little old lady was a hoot, and I fell in love with Clyde.

@AntaresRose I love to see the old ones and I seriously hope that no one ever attempts to remake them like they’ve been doing here lately.

@48thRonin I sure hope not. They are classics! just great comedy and entertainment!
