RIGHT! I don't care if I'm not stylish and I don't care if my accessories aren't ''perfect,'' or if my hair's not in style. I don't care if I can't recognize 75% of the people in those supermarket magazines and I certainly don't care if I can't recognize popular ''musicians.'' AND...it's fun to say "I'm OLD." And not give a shit!

As a senior myself, I agree. What the hell! I have nothing to prove to anyone, I had a long and distinguished career I'm proud of, I have two kids and numerous grandkids I'm delighted with, I spend my days reading, tutoring first graders, and as a docent at the zoo. What's not to like.

You are spot on. I thoroughly agree. It may not be my parents idea of the golden years,but they are grand to me.
