When will the American People wake up and realize that THEY, the American People, are destroying our country by enabling government corruption at every level and on both sides of the political aisle. Assign it to one man to make yourself feel better but it is an irresponsible viewpoint that will solve little.

Woke up 2 years ago as soon as he announced admist hate and prejudice as an absolute racist! Went downhill from there. Biggest POS ever!!!!!

Don’t lump all of us in the same chamber pot. There are plenty of us who are both embarrassed by and fearful of the damage he has, is and will cause to America. To varying degrees, we are working to rid ourselves of this Russian troll.

I can't believe that one of the guys I really like and respect in our office came to me and said that he was really afraid that tRUMP is setting bad precedence with his emergency declaration...my jaw dropped...I think this is the first thing that truly bothers him since he is a constitutionalist...I agreed with him that this would be bad for future elections...he will not be supporting tRUMP next election...I think there is a line that even the most ardent "fans" will not cross over

Question should be "will enough people . . ." Most people I know recognize tRump as a mentally diseased idiot that is actively destroying the USA.

Not all of the people, but some are coming to logical conclusions about the President. The plan as I see it is divide and conquer to bring confusion and coallition to groups in the hopes of more violence and war. Only the masters and their servants survive.

The people who support Trump, while not overly intelligent saw the American society as moving away from the morays that they grew up with (not that their morays were that pristine being based principly on white privilege left over from our colonial era).

So percieving themselves left out and/or disenfranchised by the larger society (actually the larger society was just re-adjusting itself away from white privilege as the demographics changed) they saw the present government and society as no longer worth saving. Trump supporters are vested in upending the percieved overly liberal society, and returning to a more racist, white controlled time. They are not concerned with or interested in such trvial things as democracy or the Constitution. That is too nebulous of a concept. Instead they fall back on the patriarchy of the church to justfy their right to be superior to non-whites in society.
