@Captain_Feelgood I think it can be both. I am now getting to a stage in life that I no longer am interested in so much travel so perhaps soon it may be time for those pussycats to come and live with me, but first I want to circumnavigate South America. Just looking for someone to come with me.
I've seen it before and love it.
I'm an animal lover, why do we.make a distinction between different animals?
I'm also a realist and some animals are a nuisance. Why can we eat cow, chicken, pig but not dog, cat, horse?

Because some humans view some animals as pets, not as livestock or food. They comfort us, warm our feet, and they entertain us! Emotional responses are very powerful!
Well, dogs basically shit everywhere and we clean it up.............so what's the difference....
