That is what you get with demented people. My catholic friends were so surprised when I told them the popes of old had mistresses and children they then promoted to high offices and generals.Our catholic schools did not teach this.

Catholics encourage suffering. Complete opposite of buddhists. A Buddhist wants to relieve suffering and avoid making others suffer. Catholics damn everyone and expect favors and confessions and submission.

Stoping progress in any possible way is what they do . I grew up in Italy . Trust me I know . Hideous .

How stupid! That way anything would slap the face of god's law : planes, internet, electricity, etc.

Personally I think they opposed streetlights because some where in there it is written that evil flourishes in the dark.
