According to the HuffPost:

“Americans say, 48 percent to 35 percent, that they believe Trump is a racist, with 17 percent unsure. They say, 50 percent to 27 percent, that they believe Trump has committed financial fraud, with 23 percent unsure.”

So, what on Earth is wrong with that last 27-35%? Are they waiting for Trump to personally stop by and screw them over? Or are all those people simply complicit in Trump’s reign of corruption?

In their minds he's great because he is hurting all the people they hate........

Why Trump supporters believe Trump's lies:

A. Deliberate ignorance
B. Racism
C. Stupidity
D. Sexism
E. Religion
F. Greed
G. All of the above.

RBG can't hold on forever, so the question is my mind is whether white women will once again support this anti-woman president? Maybe also whether Latinos will listen to the corrupt anti-abortion priesthood and vote for a anti-Hispanic president just because he promises to end Roe v. Wade.

In the midterm elections of 2018, record numbers of women ran for office and WON state and national elections. Look at the Women's Marches. Women created Indivisible and other resistance movements against Trump and Republicans.

I have never understood why some women vote for Republicans. They are voting against their own rights and interests.

Yes, 2018 was encouraging. I really, really hope we can maintain that for 2020, but I’m worried about the conflict between the young progressives and the moderates.

I love Jonathan Haidt. Read his book, "The Happiness Hypothesis" years ago.

"Jonathan David Haidt is an American social psychologist and Professor of Ethical Leadership at New York University's Stern School of Business. His main areas of study are the psychology of morality and the moral emotions. "

Thank you for praising my communication skills. I never see your replies as "mansplaining."

I think the "unsure" ones, are people who just don't pay any attention to news of any sort. They're out there.

Maybe. I figured the Unsures were the ones who knew he was guilty but just didn't want to come out and say it and maybe piss off their hardcore Trumpist friends. Probably a mix of the two.
