Did anyone here watch the Gerry Anderson series Thunderbirds circa 1964 (or the reruns over the years of course)?

Yes, and Captain Scarlet, weren't keen on the others like Joe 90, Stingray, etc.

Got to agree there. I thought Stingray was great at the time then Thunderbirds surpassed it by a mile. And the dark and brooding aspect of Capt Scarlett was something else! Joe 90 didn’t real work for me though but getting older I can see why!

@Geoffrey51 I also enjoyed 'UFO', I re-watched the whole lot, a couple of years ago. Okay, it is dated and a bit far-fetched, but, I still found it gripping. 🙂

@GothRik was that Commander Straker?

@Geoffrey51 Yep, that's the one, played by Ed Bishop
