In what town can we see this deified fowl? I'll bet the locals use it as a landmark. Marietta, GA used to have a chicken restaurant in the middle of town. And on the roof, was a giant, wooden chicken. The locals would reference their "Big Chicken" when giving directions--"1 mile north of the Big Chicken. 2 miles south of the Big Chicken". Etc.
