Its a new term made to garner support for Donald Trump. Its really just bullshit since Donald Trump is still going after Hillary Clinton, and doing all that he can do to remove Obama's legacy. The only thing he can complain truthfully about is why they took so long, but Trumplicans were in control of Congress at the time and his party is only interested in covering up for him.

@gater I am living in Australia and yes it did start as a criminal colony, but it was not only criminals who came here. Why do I care about American politics, well I care about people around the world and another thing is that all the world is affected what is happening in the US, after all the US has invaded more than 20 countries since the second world war, so yes it does affect us and others.
@gater Repairing you should think about that next time you come upon a pot hole. How can he possible be repairing if he revoked laws about dumping of toxic waste into water ways. Please explain that and don't tell me it is not so, because that is not true. And how about the Dakota pipe line that is leaking? How about Flint, has he done anything to 'repair" the water for them? Not one iota.
