Platitude of the Day
Remember to smile----- and drive your enemies nuts!
I think that trying to be nice to everybody is a good thing. People are more likely to listen to what you have to say if you don't swear or make them feel like they are idiots. It is an art though.

Okay, okay- I promise "not to smile". Ugh, lemme see; I believe my joke was about pithy platitudes and cloistered, covert reality.
I am not going to defend my post forever- life moves on- but I do have a few things to say about humour.
[1] A person that would jest about someone else's misery, may get 'blessed' by Fate with some misery of their own. Surely, what a person delivers, they may receive.
[2] If a "smile" can make a person angry, instead of a frown, abviously that person can be easily angered.
[3] I have forgotten this quote, but I will do a version of my own. Avoid the person that can turn humour into argument; seek the person that can turn argument into humour.
Did you read my second Quotes post...the funny one? I posted it for you.
