I learned a new word that that turns out to be, I think, a very good descriptor for the Trump presidency: Kakistocracy. It means rule by the worst, most incompetent, most corrupt citizens.

Caca is the Latin. We might also go with the Greek "scata." Either way, this Administration reeks of it. ?
