At the encouragement of my very good friends, I am taking a risk and putting myself out there as it were. looking to meet people particularly ladies. but am afraid of being burned. hoping someone (else) will break the ice first.

Secondly, although this is partly a dating site most of the comments I've read are that the membership needs to get a lot larger so that there are more people near each other. So you're not taking as big a risk as you might think but good luck and enjoy getting involved
