My partner has a hilarious true story about being cussed by a passing driver (a total stranger) who shouted a three-word insult, one of which was nincompoop.

I tried to send this to you already. I used # instead of @, so I guess you may not have seen this post.

I’m seeing it now! I think I can guess the other two words! It’s not one I might use on a total stranger, but did he think he deserved it ? ?

The two Cubans didn't know why the cigar guy shouted ' **** nincompoop' at them. They were totally flabbergasted, then burst out laughing because a total stranger had been mad enough to throw a cigar, insult them, and drive past in a huff!
