It's social media- go be social. Search out a group that interests you.

Or at Level 4 you can create a group of your own. Perhaps that's what you should do. Create what it is you think we're missing?

I've been here since October of 2017 and I haven't been "bored" yet. Except maybe that one long Holiday weekend? Nah - not even then.

Meanwhile here is Henri to join in your existential crisis of Enui.

It got polarised gradually and then lots of people started blocking each other so the few remaining interactions are usually personal and fruitless. So not many people bother anymore. Mostly, the serious groups are echo chambers.

..ya know… ‘in the beginning,’ I made an effort to respond to anything reasonable ..because I felt this was such an underserved segment of society that I wanted ‘us’ to thrive! Now, I feel we are!

I’ve my irritations.. Like those ‘from groups’ loading the main board with their stuff. Those posting only ‘links,’ with no explanation or personal commentary. Those making multiple (insignificant) posts, like five or more near instantly. Those lacking diversity, only posting or responding to ‘the same stuff’ (as in pushing an agenda).

But for the most part - it sucks me in! I took off two weeks around a month ago - nobody noticed! And now I’ve no care skipping a dozen posts to find one that sparks my interest … usually describing personal observations. I prettymuch ignore ‘links,’ and even ‘polls’ have become ‘point earners’ more than thought provoking. But I’m in ..dull as my life apparently is
