Fascism: A marriage between the state and corporations (industrialists in 1930's language). They rule for profit to the detriment of the people. Indicators are strong security apparatuses, demonize minorities and intellectuals, aggressive military and a declared enemy REAL OR IMAGINED.

I would remind all that "too big to fail" corporations, those with corrupt business models who flaunted the law, were protected by government and were bailed out with taxpayer money. Was this government for the people or corporations?
Citigroup are complicit in theft for a fascist regime. No need for debate, fairly black and white.
