Say or do interesting things

I believe you have to reach level 5 in order to have the ability to create a group. Each level has earned perks and/or functions.

Go to the meet icon at the top of the screen and there'll be an hover-over option for groups, between members and events. From there there should be a Create button on the top which leads to a form to fill out. Hope that helps!

First you find a rock star. Then follow them around on their concert tours and... oh, wait, you don't want to BE a groupie, you want to... never mind.
