The planet is overpopulated with people, I'll grant that.

But what can really be done about it? I have the idea that industrial scale environment rehabilitation should be implemented as soon as possible but differing ideas on what fomr this could or should take, plus all the political hedging and lies and delay would seemingly make it impossible. Yes wind farms and solar electricity are great and even if we stopped using all fossil fuels today and stopped using them until the end of mankind we would still need much more action such as desalinization plants,hydrogen production through electolysis to be perfected the re-introduction of fertile grasslands etc etc in order to keep the planet habitable. Oh and we need to limit the expansion of human population.

Oh and unfortunately a bizarre group in the U.S. has made this into a political argument, quite on the surface actually.

There are other things that can be done...grow a lot more trees which suck up CO2 We paint al, roofs white. There is an additive that can make black top roads white. JCII
