Each and everyone of us in the picture is under death threats for speaking our mind. No not from a fringe few rather the vast majority of Muslims hate us for leaving and criticising our previous faith “Islam” and the BBC won’t allow us to speak !

Modern Britain is Orwell’s worst nightmare. You can’t even expose grooming gangs without being thought of as racist.

All religions profess to a message of love and acceptance but if you don't accept their particular version of this then you will be met with hatred and rejection. Some members of my family are Xstian and the members that were JW's but left the cult are treated as though they were walking dead. They don't kill apostates in the JW's but they treat them as if they were dead, they will not speak to them or acknowledge them as having been part of their family.
You have a voice and if it is something that people want to hear then they will listen, realize that most people do not want to listen to more hate speech, the world has too much of that already. Point out your issues but don't let it consume you as hate tends to do this to a person.

I'll never forget the time a JW came back to the faith and one of the sisters remarked sarcasticly:

Oh, are you back from the dead, Ian?

@brentan There are some very angry and bitter people in that particular cult.

A young man who is a cashier at a local gas station told me his parents are from Syria. While he himself doesn't believe in the muslim mumbo jumbo, he knows that he must marry a Syrian woman to stay in his family. He must "pray" 5 times a day and he must follow the traditions of Islam. I asked him what will happen if he stops any or all of that and he said his family will have to kill him because of the shame. He wasn't joking.

Dreadful for them and such a pity to see the BBC has lost its good name.

The greatest words of encouragement I can give you is that all of you are welcome in my home anytime. Try not to get yourselves hurt, the world needs more of you.

You can speak, I have heard several ex-muslim commentators on the BBC. Speak, we are listening.

No you haven’t. They are not what we are. Someone like me is a well known Islamic critic from the theological point of view and not simply someone who left the cult. Islamic apologists and general ex Muslims can not argue against the cult from the angle someone like me can. You will never hear things on BBC the way express. For example you will not hear how vast majority of Muslims are persecuting us and spreading hate against us and how systematic their approaches are against us. You won’t hear interrogations of Quran as we know it affects the Islamic world. We are not children.

As I look at all of you, all I can think is how wonderful this planet would be without religion. Stay strong. You know you're right.

Yes! How wonderful it would be.
