There was this meme going around on Facebook today asking what five films you think a potential significant other should watch to know what kind of person you are. I thought this was interesting. As an aspiring filmmaker, I'm not sure how I would feel about one my movies being someones personal representation of themselves. But then again, it's not really a problem I have at the moment. How about you guys? If you had to pick five movies to best represent you, what would you pick? This is purely for fun sake. Nothing more.

In no particular order (though I would likely place Logan up at the top).

  1. Blade Runner
  2. Evil Dead 2
  3. Fight Club
  4. Pulp Fiction
  5. Logan

BONUS MOVIE: The Fisher King

0

"Life of Brian"
"Sleeper" or "Take the Money and Run" (tie)
"2010"
"Chasing Amy"
"The Abyss"

Runners up, some real close:

"Inception"
"Harold and Maude"
"Frequency"
"The Fisher King"
"Being John Malkovich"
"Midnight in Paris"

This collection makes a great screening tool as the response to most give some insight to values that one holds vs mine.

The Fisher King is a definite must. I would even go so far as to switch it into my bonus movie. Now that I think about it, I guess I forgot to add my own movies. lol!

It was a tough assignment. There are many greats to choose from!
