Hello.

I am blocked from creating a New Group because I am at limit.

But the I had created those early and they died of neglect.

Can I get some sort of exemption?

Delete the earlier groups & the "counter" will reset.

You should be able to go int the old groups and close them I have never created a group but at least that is the way it is on other sites
