Yesterday I stood around in replicated 12th century Norman garb, watched people fight with swords, and listened to other people sing about it. This is one of the nerdy things I occasionally do for fun.

I've only been to one actual Ren faire. The SCA is more of a living history group, although we don't exclude Rennies.
