Just finished reading Johann Hari’s book, Chasing the Scream. It’s a brilliant take on the failed war on drugs and how we should move forward. I’ve long been an advocate of legalization across the board. But this book did change my views on how to deal with the addict. Has anyone else out there read this book?

Haven't read. Sounds interesting. The war on drugs hasn't worked of course.
