Energizing: 1. a good cup of coffee; 2. interesting conversation; 3. art and creativity; 4. wicked humor; 5. coming to the agnostic.com site!

Draining: 1. processed foods; 2. toxic people, especially narcissists and emotional vampires; 3. being around too much loud energy; 4. housework and paperwork; 5. compulsive behaviors

If I do more of the energizing things, I do less of the draining things!

Anything in nature, on the water, in it, in the bush,

Energizing:
Being out in nature, doing extreme bird photography, reading, dancing, jamming with fellow musicians, art, working with horses.

Draining:
Being too long around people, entertaining people at my home, shopping

Energize--reading, music, intelligent conversation, baking, yard sales. Drain---ignorant people, shopping, Trump and his minions, the news, loud crowds.

I like to dig in the dirt. I can do it all day. I once started what I thought was going to be a koi pond that turned into a lake. Helicopters from the Anniston military base would circle overhead trying to figure out what the hell I was doing. My job at the time was stressful. thats all i have to say

agree. there IS something to digging in the dirt
