As I watch my nearly 3 yr old grandniece being told to say grace before eating and I'm powerless to stop it but I remember that I was brought up in the church so hope still exists that she can be reached and critical thinking will be promoted.

Read that. Delighted. Consistent with studies showing rise of millennial apatheism, a great concern to religion. Whether atheist or apatheist, I don't care. It gives me hope that the trend line of history is secular, but it will be a bumpy ride as religions are dangerous and cunning.

@Antifred what the hell does this have to do with it? Don't quote Bible to me friend.

@Antifred you are strange.

We slowly move away from the inquistion and closer into ages of reason. But the church will remain strong for decades to come.

Each generation should be greater than the one before it. Millennials are doing a damn good job if you ask me.
