Ciao from Italy. Here are some photos from Orta. On a hill above the town are 20 chapels describing the life of Francis of Assisi (No, not Francis the Sissy!) in statues and paintings. (There is a painting of someone who looks like Darth Vader to me.) The island in Lake Orta used to be something like a monastery.
