better socialized healthcare than the private for profit healthcare system the US has, which sees many of your citizens die or go into debt or bankruptcy just for getting sick. The USA's health system is on par with 3rd world countries' healthcare systems and that is sad and pathetic for a nation claiming itself as the leader of the free world.
