What's that one?
@Honorabledougn you peel an eggplant, slice it the long way, making planks... You then dip in water, dredge in flavored bread crumbs and bake at 450 degrees for ten minutes each side, then top with pasta sauce and mozzarella... Bake another five to ten minutes... It's like a veggie pizza
