Trump is leading Higgins 3-1 at the mid session break of the first session.
However, Higgins is a dogged opponent and may well end the session ahead or level pegging.

Phenomenal recovery by Higgins. He ends the first session level pegging with Trump, at 4 games each.
Both players managed two century breaks, meaning that in 4 out of the 8 games a player scored over 100 points.
