Last I remember, our body fights viruses with white blood cells, and producing them raises our core temp. And there's a difference between a virus, and a disease. A virus, grant it, may eventually cause a disease through different avenues. But they are not so much alike that contracting a disease results in having a high temp.. So I'll say nay to this postulation. But hey... what the hell do I know. 😏😁
