Since getting divorced 14 months ago, my cooking skills are on the rise. Made some Madras lentils and Tandoori chicken over Basmati rice, with some olive oil-brushed naan to scoop it up.

I invite you to join us in Food Glrious Food. That dish looks delectable!

I was a member for a week or two, but quit after I realized I was out of my league. My cullinary skills are beginner level - at best 😀

@Piratefish Are you kidding? Most of the stuff there is beginner meals, home fare, mom's best recipes. We are an international group, though. Sometimes I throw in some odd stuff from home, like blood sausage or fried herring.
There are some real chefs. We admire them, but I hardly ever copy their recipes. So, take heart, piratefish. Anytime you post a picture and a semi-legible recipe, we will be grateful and full of admiration.

@Spinliesel Okay, I'll give it another whirl, as long as no one is expecting too much 😀

Cool! That looks delicious! If available get some Ghee. brush the Ghee (clarified butter) on top of the naan and fry for a few seconds in pan. Or mix a teaspoon of ghee into the rice. Really brings out the flavor.

I will certainly try it.

Looks good! Also, Keema naan is the best!
