Every year someone tries to undue Roe V Wade but fail to understand you cannot compel a person to keep another person inside them nor can you compel a person to give any part of their body to another person.

The only way a law that effectively banned abortion would stick is if the law said abortion is illegal when a procedure to separate mother and fetus exists that create no more physical pain or hardship than an abortion would and increases the overall survival risk of a fetus without lowering the mothers.

You would think that one the poorest, least educated states in the country would have other things to think about than regulating women’s bodies.

They are trying to get the SCOTUS to take this up. Don't be surprised if a lower court rules against this and Roberts lets their ruling stand. I read a few days ago he did that with another abortion issue. I'm sorry, but i can't remember the case. If it gets to SCOTUS, I would not be surprised to see Roberts vote with the liberal side of the court.

White and Male...I already posted about this. All Christians too, so that’s three things they have in common. The co sponsor of the bill was a female, however, and another two women must have made up the numbers to reach the 25 who voted in favour of this Bill....so there are a number of women who are traitors to their sex.
