Anybody here who is expert on handling worries ?.
I don't claim to be an expert, but I do not worry much. When I problem or concern arises, I try to define it clearly and attempt to address the issue. I do not own problems or dwell on them-- I attempt to find and implement solutions. I have always also lived by the motto: "Don't sweat the samall stuff" meaning don't make an issue of something that is insignificant. I also try to recognize when something is completely beyond my control, and not dwell on it if I cannot do anything about it.
Worry only hurts the worrier and helps no one
