Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.I'm torn. It's never a good thing when DA's pick and choose which laws to enforce - that's not thier job. But sometimes a law gets passed that's so over the top wrong for political reasons, instead of the common good, that enforcing them would do more harm than good - like this one - that it needs to be fought at every level.
