I use the roll them in a ball method

I hate them and never use them. I refuse to be beaten by a fitted sheet ever again!

Now that tune is in my head. lol

A friend on FB IM'd that to me, and of course I heard that for the next 8 or 10 hours.

@HippieChick58 and you just to share with the rest of us. LOL

@silverotter11 guilty as charged!

Ahaha, perfect. I only have two sets, so it’s one onto the bed, one into the laundry. I rarely iron anything, ever. I do own an iron, it’s up on a high shelf, allll alone. 😁

Iron? A noun or a verb? I don't understand😆

I buy drip dry stuff. If it dries wrinkled, I make a note of the brand, throw the item away, and never again buy that bramd.

@Petter do you make mental notes? I do, then I lose them quite quickly. Today I made a note on paper of exactly what I wanted to buy. When I got to the store I had lost that piece of paper... though I did remember exactly what it was I was looking for.

@HippieChick58 I now have a cure - I installed a "notepad" application on my mobile phone. It's big enough not to lose, although I sometimes forget I have made a note until too late.
I blame my forgetfulness on my mind being tied up by loftier considerations!

@Petter I have a Notepad on my phone too. Now if I only remembered what all those notes were for.

Good one!

I fold them the way I fold them, & to hell with neat.

I NEVER iron sheets, never have, never will. They are comfortable without as far as I'm concerned.

Stolen! Thank you!

I like pure cotton sheets which nearly always need to be ironed and I hate fitted sheets. I have got a few I bought in a sale and they are impossible to iron as well as to fold. They now stay at the bottom of the pile..

Iron? What is the ironing you speak of? I have pure cotton sheets, and I don't think they've even been in the same room as the iron.

@HippieChick58 But aren't they all crumpled and uncomfortable? Likewise pillowcases? Or am I a bit OCD?

@CeliaVL Or it may be that I just don't give a darn. I make the bed, smooth out the wrinkles and go on my merry way. I hate, hate, hate ironing, unless I'm sewing. I will press seams flat. I don't press anything else. Life is just too short.

@HippieChick58 I hate ironing too. I rarely even press seams when I am sewing - I wait until I am finished. I'm ashamed to say that for me it is partly appearances - I iron the bits that show - but I do like the feel of smooth sheets.

Sheets get folded? I thought they went from the drier right back onto the bed.

Learn all kinds of things around this place.

ha ha ha I am with you there...off the bed, laundry, back on the bed...when they wear out, new sheets

There will be time enough for counting when the laundry is done.

I have a cabin rental with 6 beds. I'm constantly folding sheets. Those fitted sheets? I just sort of wrap and fold. Not worth any extra time to do it the "right" way.
