Why I can't trust anything with my hands anymore: boiling hot water and pans right out of the oven? No feeling at all. Lukewarm bath water burns like lava tho.

Slice through the entire meat of my hand and need to glue it shut? Nope didn't feel anything. Trimmed my thumb nail too short? Might as well have amputated my hand.

Ow ow ow ow i feel like the biggest wimp alive. Im actually crying over a broken nail. Damn this nerve damage

My feet have been numb for years because of neuropathy, in addition for years there was pain, not quite as bad as when I had a back operation. Pain meds had no effect, not even morphine. I had a long term prescription for vicodin; eating blueberries was as effective for the pain. My feet are still numb; though, better overall, especially since I've eliminated the pain. It is possible some of the numbness is being replaced by feeling; although, the amount is so small I'm not sure.

Oh, I feel for you. Neuropathy gives me limited use and feeling in my feet and hands, it's very frustrating.

Also diabetic?
.
i FEEL FOR YOUAQ

It's not from diabetes, it's from CRPS, but I also have diabetes which does make it even more hazardous too lol

@LadyAlyxandrea Did they ever test you for Raynauds? My friend has much the same with that disorder. I presume your Doctors are smart enough to get the diagnosis right - but I just read the symptoms and went "Hmm?".

It sucks - that's for sure! Plus that explains why my tub experiences vary. lol (Neuropathy). lol

@RavenCT yeah I don't have Raynauds. It's common in EDS so that was something they looked at. Unfortunately my issues are just a major problem in CRPS as well.
