So there's been yet another mass murder shooting, this time in Virginia Beach.
According to US tracking website Gun Violence Archive, the incident is the 150th mass shooting in the US so far in 2019.
The year was exactly 151 days old on May 31st.
(The site defines a mass shooting as a gun attack in which at least four people are either killed or wounded.)

This puts things into perspective
I live like 5 minutes away from where it happened. News reports are saying it was a former employee who was fired.
Here it was "a disgruntled employee".
@Petter Yeah, looks like they're saying it was a current employee.. The news was all over the place when this first happened. They were saying only 2 people died at first, suspect still at large, then 5 people dead.. but that's usually how it goes with the news.
