This is a chart for Australia, showing each year's relationship to the average annual temperature. I wonder if there is a chart like this one for individual US states. It is a far more powerful way to present climate figures that mere numbers or lines on a graph.

They could pull up that data for almost every US city. However The Global data is more meaningful.

As those in the US scramble to acquire the resources their grandparents appeared to be drowning, they haven’t the time to bother with boring research..
We’ve an Extremist political party, having acquired too much power by now entrenched devious methods. Their backers have not slept or spared a US Cent acquiring this political power, and they’re using it.
We’ve a non-stop Propaganda TV network spewing lies in support of this Extremist political party that’s become the only source, other than scattered ‘hate radio’ and ‘christian broadcasting’ networks ..for such followers ‘news.’
The same citizens allowing themselves to become brainwashed and worked into a lather by such propaganda now possess small arsenals of guns (often including kegs of powder, led & bullet moulds, brass casings, primers and reloading presses) … and if sussificently angered during a public meeting discussing the posting of local climate history charts … may decide to shoot up said meeting..
The Extremist parties activists (most often religious fanatics) now ‘own’ the party. Moderates, like myself, were run off decades ago.. So, in our ‘primaries,’ where each party chooses ‘from it’s own’ a final candidate to stand against all others in the (cold November weekday) General Election, the Extremist party, with political district lines drawn by their ‘representatives’ to favor said party, ‘win’ more often than not against both progressive and moderate candidates from ‘the other party.’
Since the Extremist party is funded by the industries continuing to bring us human caused global warming, they will not allow the subject to be discussed, treaties with other nations honored, taught as fact within our schools, designate funding for honest research … and certainly not warn the voters within their states..
The only hope for my nation comes when the majority of the complacent citizens wake up, turn off ‘the game,’ become politically active ..or simply make the effort (on a cold dark November weekday) to vote. Not vote for the Extremist party - but it’s occasionally aggressive and often moderat alternative - period

Very similar to the world charts. To this point, tbe US has been showing a number of signs, just not as extreme (although California and some other places may argue - especially sea creep). The people who know see it and it is only a matter of time before the US has charts like Australia. Probably the main reason so many in the US still deny global warming, they aren't being directly burned by it yet. That, and we are filled with evangelical idiots who think the earth is 6000 years old. Or who hope these are signs of Armageddon. Or just idiots who don't know or believe science. Two recent comments by state congressmen: in Pennsylvania a guy said yes the earth is getting hotter because of human bodies warming it up; and in Texas, people here don't die from measles, we have antibiotics.
