Ciao from Baveno, Italy! It was pure coincidence that the "do not enter" sign ended up in front of the church in the first photo. But I laughed out loud when I got back to the condo and looked at the photos.

Yes. I've taken the ferry between Intra and Laveno. At Laveno, I took the bucket lift to the top of the mountain. Lovely place.

@Petter Yep. I'm leaving this Sunday. 
@Petter I have enjoyed the Lago Maggiore Express tour a couple of times. Have you done that? I would highly recommend it. (Google "Lago Maggiore Express" for more info.)
@BestWithoutGods Haven't done the Maggiore tour, but I have done the lago di Como tour, on a steam powered paddle boat!
